1. SEPVN's repair services include:

  •  – Technical support by phone during business hours Monday to Friday
  •  – Quick support from SM experts: Direct contact with SM Technical Support Center, solve complex technical problems.
  •  – Be present within 04 hours when the device has a problem (HCM and HN). Repairs are only performed at SM, in case of on-site visits, a fee will be charged according to regulations.
  •  – Repair or replace with another device or component of the same function and type:   

       + Equipment under warranty and out of warranty

       + Video Conferencing products, CCTV cameras and other telecommunications products are distributed from Cisco, Polycom, Samsung, Aver, Sony ...

 

2. Repair acceptance process:

 

  •  – Step 1: Receive the device and do a preliminary check.
  •  – Step 2: Quote 

 

– Notify customers of device failure status.

– Send repair or replacement accessory quotes to customers.

– Waiting for confirmation from customer

 

  • Step 3: Hand over the device to the customer

 

  – Check the equipment operation before handing it over to the customer.

  – Hand over repair order to customer.
